PropKitCo is a brand operated by Byzantine Glam, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. In this policy, “PropKitCo”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Byzantine Glam, LLC.

PropKitCo respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit propkitco.com or contact us, and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

When you fill out the contact form on this website, we collect:

• Your name — so we can address you personally in our reply
• Your email address — so we can respond
• The topic and content of your message — to understand what you're asking about

We do not collect this information from you in any other way on propkitco.com. We do not require accounts, and we do not sell your contact information or share it with third parties. The analytics and advertising tools described in section 4 never receive your name, email address or message.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry. We may keep a record of the conversation for our own reference and for follow-up purposes.

We will not add you to a marketing list, newsletter, or drip campaign as a result of contacting us.

3. Data Storage

Contact form submissions are stored in a private database hosted by Supabase. Only authorized members of Byzantine Glam, LLC have access. We retain submissions indefinitely unless you ask us to delete yours.

4. Cookies and Analytics

• Usage data (Google Analytics). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website: pages visited, approximate location, and browser and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
• Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). We use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to people who have visited. It records the pages you visit and actions such as sending a contact message or joining a waitlist, together with browser and device information and Meta cookies. We share this with Meta Platforms, Inc. We never send Meta your name, email address, phone number or message, and the pixel does not run on sign-in pages. Meta's use of this data is described in Meta's Privacy Policy.

5. Sister Products

PropKitCo (Byzantine Glam, LLC) operates several software products under separate domains, each with its own privacy policy:

• Listing Kit Studio — listingkitstudio.com

This privacy policy applies only to propkitco.com. The product sites have their own policies covering account creation, payments, and product-specific data.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have on file about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information from our records

To make any of these requests, send a message through the contact form on the homepage with the topic "Other" and a brief description of what you'd like.

• Advertising choices. You can turn off ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta Pixel does not load at all.
• California residents. Using the Meta Pixel for advertising counts as "sharing" personal information under California law. We do not sell your information. To opt out of sharing, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or send a message through the contact form.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version here.
